I think often in education we see sexist stereotyping of boys and I wonder it does for their progress when we shrug out shoulders and say 'boys will be boys.' We owe them so much more than that. Like may teachers, I saw a lot of prob...Great post. Like may teachers, I saw a lot of problems with the story - mainly in the areas of research based sound pedagogy and balanced reporting. Alarm bells at the sweeping generalisations. (My daughter was growling away about the statements being sexist and untrue of the girls she hangs out wiht.) I had the sense form the responses of the kids that were cut in that there had been some fairly leading questions asked too.
